Sidecar Agents is Sidecar’s platform of AI agents that work on a business’s own knowledge: its documents, file stores and CRM. Each client gets its own isolated environment, hosted in Australia.

Corporate Brain

A private knowledge base built from your organisation’s documents. Authorised staff ask questions in plain language and get answers grounded in, and linked to, your own files. Each person sees only what their existing permissions already allow. Read more about Corporate Brain.

Agent Archie

A file management agent. Archie maps your file estate in Google Drive or Microsoft 365, reads documents to understand what they are, and proposes consistent names and locations. It files documents only into the SharePoint sites your administrator has explicitly granted.

How connections work

• An administrator of your organisation connects each source through Google’s or Microsoft’s own consent screen.
• Nothing is read until the administrator also picks which drives or sites the agents may use.
• Reading is limited to what the consenting account can already see.
• Writing is off by default. It is limited to SharePoint sites an administrator grants one at a time.
• Your data stays in your organisation’s own environment in AWS Sydney, and is never used to train AI models.
