Sidecar provisions an isolated environment for your organisation in AWS Sydney. Nothing is shared with any other client.
An administrator connects Google Drive, SharePoint or OneDrive through the provider’s own consent screen, which shows exactly which permissions are requested. NAS shares connect through an outbound-only collector. Nobody pastes a key anywhere.
On the Sources screen, an administrator names the drives, sites or libraries the agents may read. A connection with no scope is refused rather than treated as everything.
Archie classifies each file for sensitivity and subject and decides whether it belongs in the Brain. Uncertain files are left out and raised with a person. Only reviewed documents are indexed.
An administrator adds users and gives each a role. The role sets a ceiling on what the Brain will show them. One sign-in covers every agent you have enabled.
Staff ask the Brain questions and get cited answers. Archie and the other agents raise proposals; the file owner, document controller or named approver confirms them.

Disconnecting a source deletes its stored credential straight away. Access can also be revoked directly with Google or Microsoft at any time. See Support.
Connect sources, set scope, add people and roles, and grant Archie write access library by library. Every one of these is an explicit act on a screen.
Ask the Brain questions, receive cited answers, and approve or decline the proposals routed to them as file owners or document controllers.
Provisions and runs your environment, and does not read your content unless you ask us to for a specific support request, or the law requires it.
